flat rate or a Cost Plus Fixed Fee basis.

My Production Manager rates for pre-production
work and on the field and location work are defined as follows:
Contractor shall provide services as a Production Manager for Company’s
video or film shoot, Contractor’s services shall include the hiring of a
local film, video & audio crews, production assistants, drivers,
obtaining permits for various locations, assistance in getting all
equipment in and out of Mexico (Permits will be needed), managing funds
for crew meals while on location and translation services, as necessary,
in accordance with the production budget approved by Company

$7800 per month
We are freelancers so you never know - it may
be a bargain day.

We now offer a range of fixed price production options. Simply choose the
option that suits your requirements and leave the rest to us. These options
are subject to a few simple restrictions and we would be happy to explain

Micro Budget: $4,000 US Dollars
2 Days filming with Director/Cameraman. 2 Days editing followed by
approval tape, then 1 further days editing prior to final delivery of master
tape or DVD disk. Music restricted to royalty-free music. Graphics limited
to anything that can be produced in the edit suite, within the allocated
editing time.
Low Budget: $7,800 US Dollars
2 Days filming with 2 man camera crew. 3 Days editing followed by
approval tape, then 1 further days editing prior to final delivery of master
tape or DVD disk. Music restricted to royalty-free music. Small allowance
for 3D or animated graphics plus any graphics that can be produced in the
edit suite. Professional voice over.
Medium Budget: $13,500
3 Days filming with 2 man camera crew. 4 Days editing followed by
approval tape, then 1 further days editing prior to final delivery of master
tape or DVD disk. Recording studio session with composer for custom music
score. Allowance for 3D or animated graphics, plus any graphics that can be
produced in the edit suite. Professional voice over.
Big Budget: $19,000
Producer/Director allocated for duration of production. Story-board
preparation, location , 4 Days shooting with 3 man crew. 5 Days editing
followed by approval tape, then 1 days further editing. Recording studio
session with composer for custom music score. Allowance for 3D animated
graphics, including motion tracking, plus any graphics that can be produced
in the edit suite. Professional voice over. DVD authoring with menus.
Notes:
Filming locations must be within 50 miles of Mexico City, otherwise
reasonable traveling expenses will be added to the final price. Graphics
allocations will be discussed prior to project commencement, It may be
possible to swap filming days for Graphics work depending on the nature of
the video. We shoot on SD DVCAM or HDV using professional equipment. For
CineaAlta HD or HDCAM productions please contact us for competitive rates.
All rates are plus 16% VAT.

Booking policies
We are available for freelance

Camera equipment is usually available all
week with camera technician

All bookings placed are holds until confirmed with a deposit cleared in
our account 4 days before shooting this means a deposit has to be made at
least 10 days before the first day of shooting

will notify you if another party desires a date/time that you have held.
At that time you may confirm the booking or release the hold.

Cancel confirmed bookings before noon the day before set call to avoid
additional charges.

Cancellation of confirmed bookings after noon the day before set call will
be subject to half-day booked rate & rentals.

Cancellation after midnight before the day of set call will be subject to
a full-day booked rate & rentals.
BILLING:

Every day that "film rolls" is billed as a shoot day.
