With many years experience, and great success
with the SE-800 Digital Vision Mixer, Datavideo is proud to introduce the
SE-500, an analogue input, digital processing video switcher. The SE-500
includes 4 groups of video input (4 x composite and 4 x S-Video), 4 channels
audio mixer, 2 microphone inputs, color correction, digital video transition
effects, MIDI control interface, RS-232 remote control interface and many
more professional features. Additionally, the SE-500 includes a truly unique
feature Quad Preview. This preview output displays both tally light signals,
and next video effects indicator. The operator can use one single monitor to
observe four video input sources, camera activities, and video transition
effects. The SE-500 has all the popular features of many more expensive
mixers and it is extremely compact in size.
With the Datavideo DAC-6 (DV to Composite, Y/C, and Component converter), VP-314
(DV Repeater), and 10, 20, and 40 meter DV cables, you may use DV cameras to
switch video up to 200 metres away.
No Genlock Required
Dual Channel Time Base Corrector and 4:2:2 frame synchronizer built in.
There is no need to run external sync to this switcher.
In schools, outdoor activities, seminars, small
studios, clubs, pubs etc, one single camera isn't enough to capture the
action. In school productions for example, two cameras are facing toward the
stage and another camera is roving, to capture different angles and audience
reaction. You need three cameras all together (commonly called three camera
video production or a three camera shoot). A video switcher perfectly fits
in with this scenario.
However, when everybody is talking about digital
video right now; does that mean you need a digital video switcher? Is Analog
equipment out of date? What about those S-VHS cameras, Betacam cameras, and

creating a variety of digital multi-effects without using a time-base
corrector.
DME-450 has 117 DME patterns and 156 wipe patterns. A border can be addded
to an effect. A/B roll editing can be controlled from an editing controller
through the RS-422 serial interface.

El MX-1 utiliza un conjunto de avances
tecnológicos para conseguir unos resultados sin precedentes. El MX-1 alberga un
estudio completo de producción con características profesionales, como el Chroma
Key, el sincronizador de cuadro con corrector de base entre cuatro fuentes
independientes de vídeo y más de 200 efectos digitales (por ejemplo, el
"Picture-Flip"). El Mezclador Digital MX-1 es fácilmente manejable a través de
un menú de control en pantalla.
CHROMA KEY - El MX-1 incorpora una Tecla Croma
profesional. La Tecla Croma es un efecto especial que se ve diariamente, por
ejemplo, en los boletines de noticias. Parece como si el locutor está delante de
un mapa meteorológico que se mueve, pero en el efecto realidad está delante de
un fondo de un solo color. Mediante Chroma Key el color de fondo de un estudio
es sustituido por la imagen de vídeo del mapa meteorológico. El resultado es una
combinación de dos imágenes de vídeo diferentes. Con el efecto Chroma Key de la
MX-1, que es ajustable en el color que desee, es posible crear unos montajes de
vídeo muy sofisticados y curiosos.
COLORES - Al elegir el color para el enmarcado
o el fondo, hay disponibles 9 colores estándares y un color adicional, que puede
ser creado mediante un menú de pantalla. De este modo, se podrá elegir entre más
de 1.000 de colores. La demarcación (o límite) se emplea, entre otras cosas,
para un barrido de fuente A a fuente B; el límite en color acentúa este efecto.
COMPOSE - Ya que el funcionamiento del MX-1 es
totalmente digital, con la función Compose es posible determinar
independientemente la ordenación de la pantalla de la televisión. Con Compose se
puede cargar en la pantalla rectángulos, bloques y líneas de tamaño y en
cualquier sitio deseado.
CUATRO ENTRADAS DE VIDEO - El MX-1 Mezclador
Digital de Vídeo dispone de 4 entradas de vídeo independientes, con conexiones
tanto para vídeos estándares (compuesto) como para S-Vídeo (Y/C). A estas 4
entradas de vídeo se les puede conectar una goma de fuentes de vídeo
independiente de cualquier tipo o marca, tales como cámaras grabadoras,
videograbadoras, Laser Discs y Generadores de Títulos (por ejemplo el TitleMaker
de Videonics). De esta forma es posible insertar imágenes de distintas fuentes
simultánea o consecutivamente en una edición. No es necesario tener conectadas
las cuatro entradas. Incluso con una sola fuente de vídeo se pueden ejecutar
gran parte de los efectos.
CORRECTOR DE BASE DE TIEMPOS DE DOBLE CAMPO
(TBC) - La sincronización de cuadros de las dos fuentes de entrada de vídeo
seleccionadas es óptima a través de la aplicación de un Corrector (doble campo)
de Base de tiempos. Lo que se consigue es un resultado final estable libre de
vibraciones y saltos de cuadro, tanto en las transiciones de las imágenes como
en los efectos digitales.
200 EFECTOS DIGITALES - El MX-1 dispone de más
de 200 efectos digitales, tales como fundidos, barridos, dissolves, zoom,
picture-in-picture, imagen en mosaico, estroboscópico, congelación de imagen,
solarización, color negativo e inversión de color. La selección del efecto
