From conception to scripting, VideoWorld
Productions can help create a project strategy to achieve your video
production goals, whatever they might be. We’ll consult with your key people

develop a production strategy that incorporates everything you’ve told us.
Once the concept is finalized, we provide a detailed script and budget so
you know exactly what you’re paying for without any surprises.

*Budgeting: There is no "rule-of-thumb" when it comes to
budgeting videos, nor is there a pre-determined "cost per minute" of
finished video. Budgeting a video is not unlike budgeting to build a house.
Do you want brick or wood? Will it have one bedroom or three? Do you want
one story or two? What you want determines what it will cost.
We consult with you and help you define what can be expected from your
proposed project based on your target budget. This consultation yields a
production whose budget fits within your means. This way, there are no
surprises.
Once the budget is agreed upon, we will not deviate from it unless the
parameters are expanded by you, the client, during production. In such
situations, any budget revisions are determined and agreed upon before any
work is done and any money is committed to the expanded production.

Post production: This is where we sculpt the raw video
material into a beautifully finished program. Our digital, non-linear
editing system enables fast turnaround and total quality control of the

features, highlight capabilities or just to add excitement and impact when
appropriate. At VideoWorld Productions, you can be as involved as you want,
sitting in on the editing process or just viewing rough-cuts and providing
feedback.
